Training Specialist - Content Section 1 (ID:181)
The Training Specialist requires an individual to possess a bachelors degree in social work or related field as well as two years experience training. The Safety and In Home Services Director will assign duties which may include but are not limited to the following:
- Teach Families F.I.R.S.T. Training to all new employees at the initiation of their employment.
- Responsible for traveling to satellite offices for Families F.I.R.S.T training.
- Responsible for training all subcontractors the Families F.I.R.S.T training model.
- Attend seminars/conferences that will enhance our employee training.
- Research and implement ways to improve employee training.
The average starting salary for the Program Trainer position is $13.46/hr. Additional compensation may be applicable based upon educational and professional experience. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits outlined in the employee manual.
