Programs Trainer - Content Section 1 (ID:148)
The Program Trainer requires an individual to possess a bachelors degree in social work or related field as well as experience two years experience training. The RLT Coordinator will assign duties which may include but are not limited to the following:
- Teach Foundations Training to all new employees at the initiation of their employment.
- Teach Mandt to all new employees at the initiation of their employment, as well as all renewal classes.
- Teach CPR/1st Aid to all new employees at the initiation of their employment, as well as all renewal classes.
- Teach program specific Family Support/Visitation training.
- Teach Parent Partnering Training.
- Teach annual safety training to all new existing employees.
- Attend seminars/conferences that will enhance our employee training.
- Research and implement ways to improve employee training.
The average starting salary for the Program Trainer position is $28,000. Additional compensation may be applicable based upon educational and professional experience. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits outlined in the employee manual.
