Job Qualifications
Candidates will have a master's in business or a human service related field.
This position has the responsibility of carrying out all duties assigned by the Chief Operating Officerconcerning services. This position provides guidance and assistance to all staff. The following are examples of duties included within this position:
- Have knowledge of research and development to include outcome measures.
- Have excellent computer skills to include knowledge of excel, access, word, and powerpoint.
- Provide coverage for other program coordinators when necessary.
- Must be able to work independently and have excellent organizational ability.
- Exceptional writing skills.
- Knowledge of human service programs such as: Foster care, IFP, therapy, CCAA, CTA, state services, Behavioral Learning Center.
- Ability to conceptualize an idea and create it from start to finish.
- Enforce the Employee Manual on all of the employees with Visinet, Inc. and impose all of the respective job descriptions.
- Ensure proper communication among the program coordinators to ensure appropriate interfacing of all services within the company.
- Obtain pertinent information regarding the programs, relay to COO, and consistently evaluate for more effective, efficient ways to improve the overall functioning of the agency (at all levels).
- Enforce all contract stipulations throughout the company and provide training and education to staff on the contracts when necessary.
- Ascertain that all of the contracts and licenses remain up to date and that the program coordinators are following up when necessary.
- Conceptualize possible programs for the agency and direct implementation of these programs.
- Consistently process alternative ways to increase the utilization of services within the company.
- Problem-solve all crisis issues effectively and efficiently with staff.
- Discuss all liability issues related to the company in anyway with the COO.
- Complete 8 hours of Mandt training
- Complete CPR training or recertification for CPR training.
The beginning pay rate for this position is $30,000. Additional compensation may be applicable based upon educational and professional experience. Full time benefits for an individual in this position are outlined in the Employee Manual.
