Help Desk Specialist

The qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent and three years of PC experience.

• Provide technical phone support for internal end users on a variety of hardware and software problems including operating system support, communication problems, application support, system access problems and database support. 
• Identify problems, troubleshoot, and resolve.
• Must have knowledge of the principles, practices, methods, and techniques associated with trouble shooting and supporting PC hardware, application software, telephone, basic computer operations, and peripherals. 
• Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures including the utilization of technology to enhance office efficiency and effectiveness.
• Compose letters, memos, or reports of routine or recurring nature.

The average starting pay for this position is $20.00/hour. Full-time benefits for this position would be available as described in the Employee Manual.
