If an applicant believes that s/he was not considered for employment due to his/her age, race, gender, religious affiliation, or any other issue and wishes to present a grievance regarding a Visinet, Inc. practice s/he can submit the grievance in writing to the Director of Operations for a review of the situation. This request must be made within five (5) business days of the situation resulting in the grievance. The Director of Operations will consult with the CEO and a meeting will be scheduled within ten (10) business days to address the matter. The applicant will be notified by the Director of Operations within twenty (20) business days of receipt of the grievance. If the applicant is still not satisfied with the outcome of the grievance, s/he can request a face to face meeting (this needs to be submitted in writing to the Director of Operations within five (5) business days after being informed of the initial outcome) with the Director of Operations and the CEO to further present the circumstances behind the initial grievance.
