Executive Assistant - Content Section 1 (ID:144)
Bachelor's degree in business or a human service related field is preferred. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience working in an office environment.
This position has the responsibility of carrying out all duties assigned by the Chief Operating Officer. The duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Will assist the Chief Operating Office with any necessary tasks.
- Must have excellent computer skills and knowledge of word, access, excel, and powerpoint.
- Adhere to the strict confidentiality policies indicated in the Employee Manual, as well as all of the other policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development of new techniques and methods to improve efficiency and efficacy of operations.
- Assign, observe, assess and correct the tasks of assigned staff.
- Participate in special projects and meet deadlines assigned by the COO/CEO/CFO.
- Complete 8 hours of Mandt training
- Complete CPR training or recertification for CPR training.
Pay and Benefits
The average starting rate for this positon is $12/hr. Additional compensation may be applicable based upon educational and professional experience. The benefits for a full time individual in this position are outlined in the Employee Manual.
