CQI Specialist - Content Section 1 (ID:155)
Bachelor's degree preferred. Post-graduate work a plus. A minimum of three years CQI/QA experience, as well as, demonstrated experience with the child welfare system. This position has the responsibility of carrying out all duties assigned by the HR/CQI Director concerning services. This position provides guidance and assistance to all staff as well as develops, implements and monitors continuous organizational and performance improvement. The following are examples of duties included within this position:
- Assure that personnel have the support, tools and feedback needed to perform their job.
- Assure the completion of yearly audit on employee files.
- Maintain the on-site COA notebook.
- Review and analyze all quarterly/annually aggregated information.
- Implement and analyze all outcome measures/data.
- Assure that all client files are in compliance with COA and funding sources.
- Complete necessary documentation for COA reaccreditation
- Participate in special projects and meet deadlines as assigned by upper administration.
- Assist in the development of new techniques and methods to improve efficiency and efficacy of CQI operations.
- Ensure that Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards are maintained throughout the agency.
- Consistently review Continuous Quality Improvement plan and make sure that all it is being carried out within the agency on a daily basis by all employees.
- Adhere to the strict confidentiality policies indicated in the Employee Manual, as well as, all other policies and procedures.
The beginning pay rate for this position is negotiable based upon educational and professional experience. Full time benefits for an individual in this position are outlined in the Employee Manual.
