Comprehensive Assessments
Definition
An enhanced assessment of the behavioral health and substance abuse needs of youth, whose behavioral symptoms and delinquent behaviors are severe enough to call them to the attention of the juvenile court system.
This multidisciplinary assessment focuses on a youth?s social, physical, psychological, and educational needs, and is used by the treating professional(s) to determine a diagnosis and develop a comprehensive plan of care.
Visinet Inc.'s clinical team utilizes a structured interview and formal psychological testing procedures that are adapted to the needs of the youth at the discretion of the Clinical Director.
The evaluations are completed in the office or at the youth's residence with a comprehensive report submitted to the referring agency within ten (10) days.
