Visinet, Inc. is a family-centered, home-based, human service agency dedicating its resources to empowering individuals to achieve self-sufficiency by overcoming barriers to their healthy functioning. Visinet, Inc. has developed a continuum of care to assist clients with diverse needs.   Visinet, Inc. has devised this continuum to include both clinical and non-clinical services--utilizing a wraparound philosophy for maintaining clients at the least restrictive level of care while promoting self-development and self-determination.
